I was really impressed to find a lens that's tough to get in the UK (Laowa 60mm macro lens for micro four-thirds). The packaging was just right, and the item came boxed, sealed, and in perfect shape.

I did run into a hiccup with the courier (DHL), but Debbie at UK Digital jumped on it right away and sorted things out. In the end, the item showed up. Honestly, I can't complain about their products or customer service.

Sure, I made the trek into Lancashire for this buy since no one else could match their deal! After calling to check on my planned purchase (Panasonic S5 and some extras - check out the reviews), I was told everything was available. So, I grabbed my passport and headed straight to Clitheroe to buy it in person instead of waiting for delivery. I got everything I needed, plus a decent trade-in value, and they even tossed in a Power Bank for free as a bonus. I’ll likely need some accessories down the line for the camera, and UK Digital will be my go-to.

What a shocker - all these good reviews - are they for real??

UK digital is dragging their feet on refunding me for a BROKEN camera accessory. It's been over three weeks now - and I just got another message full of excuses.

To make things worse, they keep claiming the faulty item works - just to dodge refunding the return shipping.

Oh yeah, they’ll talk down to you, acting like you’re some fool who doesn’t know how to handle a piece of gear!!

WATCH OUT!! and don’t hold your breath for a refund on defective products.

It feels like they couldn't care less about assisting their customers. Seriously, not at all. Thankfully, with some support from Wex and Panasonic, I got Laowa in China to finally notice the problem. They’ve even managed to replicate the issue.

A bit late, but I want to express my gratitude to Simon. While it ain't about the products, his generous and knowledgeable advice really helped me out when I was thinking about upgrading my Lumix TZ200 and FZ1000 to pricier Sony models. He saved me a ton of cash, and now I'm really maximizing the use of my current cameras, all at Simon's cost in terms of potential sales lost. Big thanks, Simon!
